Currently, we do not support automatic point purchases due to security concerns. To purchase points, please contact our customer service team, who will manually add points to your account. You can find our contact information in the 'Contact Us' section of the help menu.

The conversion rate is as follows: 1 USD = 1 point, 1 USDT = 1 point. You can use these points to redeem various functions on our website. At present, we only support payments using virtual currency. If you are unfamiliar with virtual currency, you can find more information online or contact us for assistance.

The AUTO GEKO service is available to registered and logged-in users only. It includes functions such as GEKO Svm Dss. To use this service, select the desired service and follow these steps: 1. If you have Proxifier software on your computer, download the PPX configuration file and import it into Proxifier. If you don’t have Proxifier, download it from the official website. 2. Contact us to configure ODIS or ODISE certificate files. If you need assistance, we can help you via Anydesk. 3. On the website, select the correct brand, click the 'getblank up' button, and within 2 seconds, the username and password will be provided. Enter this information into ODIS and ODISE to complete the task. If you encounter any issues, contact customer service for remote assistance.

You can enter the provided account credentials within a 30-minute window, but it is limited to one VIN per session. The account password will expire after 30 minutes, so please manage your time efficiently to complete your tasks.

The Radio Query service is available to logged-in users only. After redeeming your points, open 'Radio Query,' select the correct brand, and enter the 'SN' code. Click 'getradio,' and within 2 seconds, the 'pin' will display the needed information.

Ensure that the part number and software number of your hardware match the VIN information. You can verify this through ETKA. If there is a mismatch, the download cannot be completed. Fill in the 'Brand' and 'All Vehicle Information' accurately.
